Calm Abiding Meditation Practice

for the mind/heart

Focus on each breath. Practice full, relaxed, abdominal breaths. Mentally give the incoming breath a count of one and the outgoing breath a count of two. Continue counting each incoming and outgoing breath until you have reached the count of ten, and then begin again. Continue this breathing meditation.
